  • Level 6 Alex KO Vikas (Alex had pocket 4s, Vikas had AK)
  • Final table of 7
  • Level 7 Chris KO Joe. (Chris had AJ, Joe pocket 8s. Joe raises pre-flop, Chris is the only one who calls. Flop has a J, pairing Chris’ J. Joe goes all-in. No one improves, Chris wins hand with a pair of J’s.)
  • Level 8 Alex KO Nate
  • Level 8 Esther KO Khanh
  • Level 8 Chris KO Jesus
  • Level 9 Esther KO Alex
  • Alex 3rd place finish
  • Level 9 Esther (chip leader) goes heads-up against Chris.
  • Level 10 there is a controversial hand. Chris goes all-in, but because his smaller chips had just been chipped out, he had a stack of large chips behind one of his hands that was not visible (unintentionally). Esther calls the all-in thinking his visible chips were the only ones in play. The action took place after the flop, Chris reveals a better pair, but there are still 2 cards to go. Only after the Turn and  the River are played out and Chris has a higher pair than Esther (to win the hand) does Esther realize there were more chips behind.  We discuss it for a minute but decide to hold Esther to the call. This cripples Esther to 2 BBs.
  • Level 10 Chris KO Esther in 2nd place.
  • Chris comes in 1st.
